The staff are nice and wonderful, everyone.

Nothing,dirty,two towels,no soap,plain crummy

Just a solid selection for a transient stop in Florence with extraordinarily good value for money. The bagels at breakfast were super fresh, although the communal cream cheese could use improvement. For better sleep, try to request a room away from the fireworks store.

Nothing except was close to darington speedway. Plenty of food places close by

Place was not kept up. Had three rooms and they were not vacummed in the four days their. Had to go to office to get clean towels and toilet paper. One room upstairs had suken floor. Light fixtures were broken. Phone unworkable. Smoke detector hanging off wall.could not fill reservations as made. Girls on parking lot with cell phones and tractor=trailers visiting them. Over half of rooms on premises out of order. General appearance was dirty. Place needs alot of repairs and upkeep to remain open,

The furniture was in need of repair handels falling off dresser carpet dirty bed linens stained as well as bedspread bathroom was dirty towels were so thin didnt even dry you cant understand why board of HEalth would allow a place to be opened it was t e r r I b l e pool area was sooooo dirty pool water was not swimable

The Superior King Room Non-Smoking had a cozy bed and a freshly painted vibe. Loved the electric griddle for pancakes!

Location.

Saw a cocroach on the wall ,bed was very hard, ask for non smoking room did not get a non smoke room,Wore socks the whole time they were so dirty had to throw them away.

One bath towel and washcloth provided, clear t.v reception, wi-fi, and a sizable pool

I am not one to usually complain; however: The Inn staff was very rude and unaccommodating at arrival. They gave me a contract to sign saying if I had any problems with the room, noticed within the first 15 minutes, they would right the problems. I asked the attendant about the policy, only to be rudely told that I had no rights, was a regular customer, and I could not request anything other than a room change. The contract also stated "amenities not guaranteed." When we got into the room we noticed there were no trash cans, cobwebs in various places, the bathroom was barely clean, and the sheets did not appear changed.

The stay included a spacious room that was mostly clean and convenient for a quick overnight visit. The bathroom lacked essential accessibility features, and there were minor issues with service responsiveness. If you're looking for a budget option, it may work for a short stay, but accessibility improvements are needed.

Price Staff was as accommodating as they could be.

"Free Internet" was not available in rooms, at least mine. Front desk/common area was not lighted in the evening. Facility appeared to be in need of maintenance I.E. not very inviting

Nice staff, comfy bed

Noises from neighbors at night, we needed it on the highway as we were only passing through, so it was fine for that. Would recommend to other travelers if on a tight budget only- its a bed for the night.

The room was cheap and exceptionally nice, it felt like at home...

Every detail of the hotel was great, all the staff were nice. Location: the property was near to myrtle beach and other shops. Went to Ruby Tuesday for drink or two, set relatively near the hotel.

I found the room to be both comfortable and tastefully decorated. The staff were attentive, quickly assisting me with check-in and providing thoughtful recommendations for places nearby.

Improve accessibility for older guests in general areas.

I loved that the staff were super attentive and recommended great places nearby. The room was cozy and well-decorated. But I did find it a bit tricky to navigate with my older relatives.
